What you’ll do
As a Sales Manager, you own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing long-term contracts. You’ll engage commercial decision-makers, understand their goals, and deliver solutions that drive their business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients
  • Engage commercial leaders and explore their growth goals
  • Present value-based solutions tailored to client needs
  • Close deals and build long-term client relationships

Who we’re looking for:

  • Relevant commercial education
  • Experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Manager or Account Executive
  • Track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, Consulting, or related industries
  • Ability to identify needs, drive conversations, and close deals

Bonus points for:

  • Full sales cycle experience
  • Business acumen and understanding of growth strategies
  • Ability to create business cases and align solutions with strategic goals
