A Day in the Life
In the Acute Care & Monitoring OU, we provide critical products and services to hospitals' Operating Room (OR), Emergency Room (ER), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a Junior Business Support, you'll gain experience in sales, digital marketing, and customer success while supporting our omnichannel sales strategy. You'll work closely with the Respiratory Intervention (RI) Commercial team in the Nordic countries and collaborate with the Tender & Pricing team and the Customer Care team.

Internship details:

• Duration: 12 months
• Working time: 15-20h per week
• Work model: hybrid
• Based in Copenhagen
• Start date: July

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support our omnichannel sales strategy
• Direct customer contact
• Support the daily sales activities
• Support Customer success activities

Required Knowledge:

• Actively enrolled in a relevant education (business or healthcare)
• Ideally you have 2-3 years before you graduate
• Great oral and written communication skills in English & Danish
• Very good knowledge of MS office
• Can-do attitude with a thirst for knowledge
• Digitally savvy
