Seeking Expert Trainers: Join Us in Delivering Life Skills Training to Youth in Jordan
LIFE SKILLS TRAINING FOR YOUTH IN JORDAN – CALL FOR PROPOSALS
GAME is an international organization working to create lasting social change through youth-led street sports and culture since 2002. Our focus is to empower youths and build their capacities to enhance their employability, leadership, and professional development by equipping them with life skills.
GAME is seeking to collaborate with experienced trainers, training centers, and non-profit organizations to to provide dynamic and interactive multi-day life skills training programs for youth in Jordan. These trainings must be engaging, practical, and participatory, utilizing sports or other creative mediums to enhance the learning experience. Each participant must receive training in multiple life skills areas that directly contribute to their employability and job readiness, ensuring comprehensive personal and professional growth.

– Team work (collaborating effectively in professional environments)
– Leadership (taking initiative and managing responsibilities)
– Coping with stress (resilience and adaptability in the workplace)
– Empathy (effective teamwork and customer relations)
– Self-awareness (personal and career development planning)
– Effective communication (workplace communication and networking)
– Decision-making (problem-solving and workplace autonomy)
– Time management (prioritization and meeting deadlines)
ELIGIBILITY
We invite applications from:
– Individual trainers with at least 2 years of experience in life skills trainings
– Local non-profit organizations with established life skills training programs
– Local training centres with a proven track record in life skills development
Applicants must also:
– Be able to deliver multi-day training (minimum 3 days per cycle)
– Cover at least three or more of the listed life skills topics per participant, with a clear focus on how these skills contribute to employability
– Offer training in at least one of the following governorates: Amman, Irbid, Mafraq, Zarqa, Karak
– Be committed to interactive, engaging, and experiential training methodologies (sports-based learning is encouraged)
– Deliver at least 70% of the training in person (hybrid models are acceptable but cannot be fully online)
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of three life skills topics per participant per training cycle
– Trainings must be multi-day sessions (minimum 3 days per cycle)
– Trainings must not be lecture-based but rather interactive, hands-on, and participatory
– Sports-based or other creative methodologies are strongly encouraged
– Trainers must develop their own training materials with clear learning objectives, subject to approval by GAME
– Training must be conducted in Arabic and/or English
– A total of 200 youth must be trained across at least 4 training cycles
– Training must be completed by 31-October-2025
– Training content must explicitly link life skills to employability and job readiness
WHAT GAME OFFERS
– Certificates of completion for the participants, can be combined with the partner’s certificates
– Visibility through GAME’s social media outlets (Instagram and Facebook)
– Support in planning training content and defining learning outcomes
– Provide a limited-time consultancy contract, subject to income tax
PARTNER OBLIGATIONS
– Conduct outreach and recruit targeted youth (aged 18-35 and unemployed)
– Develop and deliver engaging interactive training sessions
– Arrange appropriate training venue and provide necessary logistics support
– Provide coffee break for participants
– Offer guidance and post-training support if needed
– Documentation of the training through photos and videos
– Following the prescribed monitoring and evaluation (M&E) procedures, including pre and post assessments and satisfaction surveys and submit the raw data to GAME
ELIGIBLE COSTS
– Logistics related to the implementation of trainings (venue, coffee breaks, training materials, etc.)
– Local transportation for staff and equipment
– Trainer and assistant staff costs
– Communication expenses (mobile phone subscription, social media ads, etc.)
NON-ELIGIBLE COSTS
– Participant incentives or payments
– Sub-contracting other trainers
– Any undocumented expenses, all payments must be documented with a receipt/invoice or a signed letter to certify receiving payments
– Purchase of electronic devices (computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)
– Any expense not directly linked to the implementation of the trainings
Selected partners will receive and sign GAME’s code of conduct, and adhere to principles of transparency, data privacy (GDPR compliance), and ethical training practices.
