The position
As our new Advanced Assembly and Pack Professional, you will be part of the team supporting all the needs of the assembly and packaging lines. Depending on your skills and experience, you will focus on either assembly or packaging lines, where your main task will be to ensure stable production through improvements on the lines.
You will be responsible for validating and documenting changes that are made on the individual lines in collaboration with your colleagues in the technical support team.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring that equipment runs in accordance with the regulatory requirements of a pharmaceutical production and secure the production lines are in a validated state.
- Being key stakeholder in design and qualification decisions for optimization projects of varying sizes.
- Working closely with operators, technicians, supporters, and quality assurance to ensure complex equipment issues are addressed and solved.
- Handling improvement initiatives through change control and validation activities.
- Data analytics for securing optimized performance of the production lines by having an eye for optimization possibilities and cLEAN activities within quality and productivity.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, marine engineering or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with validation techniques, automation, or digitalization on production lines, ideally from the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated industry.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English is essential.
- A technical and analytical mindset is as strong requirement.
Since quality and precision is essential in the pharmaceutical industry, it is important that you are quality oriented and have an eye for detail as you will work with written documentation.
On a personal level, you are a team player who takes pride in good collaboration across departments. You thrive in a dynamic environment with daily changes, but your goal is always the same; to ensure stable production and develop our product lines.
About the department
You will become part of a team of 10 technical supporters with different backgrounds and a common goal to ensure a stable development of our assembly and packaging lines in Kirke Værløse. The team places great emphasis on good collaboration and a good tone, where humor is an important part of everyday life.
The production site in Kirke Værløse is the part of FPM-DK2 which assembles and packages the products for patients worldwide. The site in Kirke Værløse is a smaller site with approx. 150 employees, where people know each other and where collaboration across the individual teams is paramount.
