The Position
As the Senior Operational Professional for Packaging Processes, you will be hired into a newly established team who will support the validation, performance verification (PQ) and ramp-up of a new packaging line placed at our Kirke Værløse site in close cooperation with site Tietgenbyen in Odense.
You are expected to have a solid understanding of the SRV concept for validation and qualification and the documentation aspects that shapes new production lines. Knowledge of the Fill Finish Expansion (FFEx) programme is an advantage.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Working in close collaboration with different stakeholders both internally and with other production sites to ensure high quality, efficiency, reliability, and stability for the production.
• Collaboration with your key stakeholders such as technicians, supporters, operators, the project team in Odense, FFEx programme and Quality Assurance (QA).
• Contributing to ensure that all compliance, quality and safety requirements are adhered to.
• Being part of implementing new processes based on compliance signals.
To sum up – you live up to good manufacturing practice, can lift a new production into a stable production, and help ensure our sites’ licence to operate.
You should expect to be working from our production site in Kirke Værløse, however some travel to our site in Odense is expected and vendor visits may be part of the role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree within natural science, engineering, pharmaceutical science or similar field.
• 7+ years of experience working in a GMP environment and experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with validation including performance verification of packaging lines from a similar role.
• Strong LEAN mind-set and experience with operational readiness and ramp-up.
• Strong competences within production processes and workflows.
Furthermore, you are fully proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English language.
On a personal level, you have a positive mindset, and you are driven by achieving great results together with colleagues. You enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others. You have a structured way of working and enjoy take initiative and have a forward-thinking outlook. You can deep dive on details whilst keeping the broader picture at sight.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role, making it easier to interact effectively with stakeholders both across and outside the organization.

FPM DK-2 is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM). At our sites in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse, we are more than 190 working together to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards before distributed to people living with serious chronic diseases. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with GMP in a timely and cost-effective way as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology.
