You will become part of our team of management consultants specialising in change management. The work varies to a large degree in both project length, sector and complexity, but all have in common that we seek to maximise the clients value through tailored change efforts.

As the ideal Change Management profile, you thrive when working in dynamic work settings and eat change management terminologies and methodologies for breakfast. In addition, you are passionate about implementations and the human-centric approach to creating a successful adoption. We value if you are able to combine the professional advisory role with your own genuine personality because we believe that the best outcomes are achieved when being authentic.

Preferably you have the following:

• 3 years of experience with driving change in different projects – preferably in IT.
• You have experience with change management practices, terms, and methodologies.
• You are service minded by nature and get energised by building relations with a wide range of stakeholders.
• You have flair for stakeholder management and can navigate all levels of the client organisation, from technical subject matter expert to senior management.
• You possess solid communication skills in both written and spoken English and Danish.

Additionally, it is beneficial to have:

• Experience with consulting in general.
• Relevant certifications within Change Management.
• Competencies with the Microsoft 365 suite.
