THE POSITION
1. Job Purpose

  • Ensure the production outputs meet quality requirements as defined in the SLAs with optimal production costs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards.

2. Key Responsibility
Quality Assurance Control (30%) – Daily / On request

  • Develop a detailed plan for quality control in production.
  • Perform regular inspection and evaluation of products to meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and inspect production processes for proper execution.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create and improve quality control procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify quality concerns and propose improvements.
  • Create inspection and testing plans.
  • Monitor compliance with quality processes across the organization.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage quality-related crises and implement corrective actions.

Quality & Client Mindset Enhancement (10%) – On request

  • Coordinate with the technical training team to identify training needs and conduct sessions for skill and mindset improvement.
  • Plan and monitor testing and inspection of materials and finished products.
  • Organize regular activities and events to promote quality culture and client-oriented thinking among Operations staff.

Quality Management System (10%) – On request

  • Develop training programs on quality standards and internal processes.
  • Lead internal and external audits.
  • Ensure products meet certification requirements.
  • Maintain, improve, and develop the quality management system.
  • Lead the ISO 9001:2015 recertification process.

Client Relations (10%) – On request

  • Collaborate with the Wholesale team to handle client quality-related requests.
  • Analyze and resolve client complaints and take preventive actions.

Testing & Onboarding New Clients (20%) – On request

  • Test and onboard new clients and products.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth go-live production.

New Implementations (10%) – Quarterly / On request

  • Continuously research and apply new technologies and solutions to improve production processes and quality.

Other Tasks (10%) – On request

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

3. Personal & Competency Requirements
Knowledge

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Professional: Proficient in Photoshop, Camera Raw, Bridge
  • Supplementary: General knowledge of product quality and quality management systems (QMS)

Skills

  • Functional Skills:
    • Able to generate insights from diverse data and tools
    • Proficient in Photoshop
    • Creative thinking and solution development without prior examples
    • Innovative and proactive in proposing solutions
    • Technologically adaptive to improve work processes
    • Ability to convert ideas into valuable outcomes for the company and customers
  • Supplementary Skills:
    • Problem-solving and root cause analysis
    • Reporting and research skills
    • Effective communication
    • English: Listening, reading, writing, and speaking

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using graphic software

Other Requirements

  • Good health, able to work under pressure
  • No color blindness
  • Willing to work in shifts and during holidays or Tet when required
