The position
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
• Planning and executing projects with focus on BMS/FMS changes, e.g. automation, control systems and alarm set-up
• Preparing validation documentation
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders/contractors
You will be working in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, skilled workers, and stakeholders across the organization. Twice a year you will be part of the factory production stop where you will supervise the implementation phase of projects, which usually fall in July/August and December/January requiring increased flexibility. Now and in the coming years, we encounter a need for great changes and equipment optimizations, providing a unique opportunity to help shape the future setup in our area.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a great technical understanding, has great communication and collaboration skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.
To be considered for the position, we would like you to have:
• Relevant technical background, e.g. a degree in mechanical engineering or similar
• Experience with validation of systems is considered an advantage but is not a requirement
• Experience with BMS/FMS is considered an advantage but not a requirement
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong English skills, as we work in an international environment (Danish knowledge is preferred, but not required)
As a person you are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels within the organization.
About the department
You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), an aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 employees producing marketed insulin, GLP-1, and weight-reducing products for the benefit of patients worldwide. The Facility/Utility Projects team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring project implementation within WFI, clean steam, compressed air, ventilation (HVAC), as well as improvements and refurbishments of the production facility.
