The Position
As the Project Manager in our department, you will focus on optimizing usage and interaction between various processes and interactions between machines, departments, workflows and logistical solutions. You will get the chance to lead medium to high complexity projects, that have a cross-functional impact, engaging with both internal teams and external partners to refine and implement logistical solutions, ensuring the successful execution of your projects while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Engaging with both internal teams and external partners to explore innovative logistics solutions
• Navigating a complex stakeholder landscape, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments
• Planning for necessary changes and managing funding initiatives to drive projects forward
• Supporting the expansion and replacement of material-handling equipment
Qualifications
We seek candidates who possess a blend of technical knowledge and practical project management expertise. You should have:
• A higher education degree, preferably in supply chain and logistics
• Solid project management experience (5-7 years), particularly within enterprise logistics
• Familiarity with quality assurance and GMP standards
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
As a person you are demonstrating problem-solving skills, holistic understanding of logistical complexities. You have strong communication skills, empathy for stakeholders, and an ability to understand and manage complex systems effectively.
