As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for launching and expanding Autorola Switzerland. Your mission is to develop and implement a market strategy, secure new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy & Growth – Conduct in-depth market research, identify business opportunities, and develop a go-to-market strategy for Autorola in Switzerland.
  • Sales & Business Development – Proactively generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and secure contracts with key customers, including leasing companies, banks, and dealerships.
  • Customer Success & Retention – Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Autorola’s solutions.
  • Operational Setup – Oversee the local establishment of Autorola, including office setup, staffing, and compliance with Swiss regulations.
  • Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with Autorola HQ and international subsidiaries to ensure a coordinated approach to market entry and report regularly on progress.

Your profile:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally in the automotive, leasing, or financial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss automotive market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and drive business success.
  • Fluent in English and German; Swiss German and/or French proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
