The position
You will become part of a small team that works dedicatedly with corporate communications, public relations and corporate branding. As part of our efforts, evolving the ALK brand and the awareness around the company is increasingly important.
The role of corporate brand manager is a newly created position. By having a dedicated corporate brand manager, we wish to elevate our brand’s presence and perception. A focused and strategic approach to brand management is essential in attracting and retaining employees and other important stakeholders, and you must have a strong eye and passion for design, with great attention to detail. You will report to the Director of Corporate Communications & Branding and will be working out of Hørsholm, Denmark.

Your main areas of responsibility
- Develop, implement and oversee the corporate brand strategy.
- Update the Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) according to strategy, ensuring consistency in design elements such as logos, colour schemes, typography, imagery and other visual assets.
- Ensure alignment of the mother brand, ALK, with our product brands and facilitate a cohesive brand identity across the brand house.
- Manage the brand's positioning, messaging and consistency across all channels to align with the company's values and objectives.
- Establish guidelines for the use of visual elements to create a cohesive and recognisable brand representation across all platforms and channels.
- Serve as a branding advisor to the organisation, providing guidance and expertise on corporate branding questions and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse the corporate brand to assess its performance, perception and impact to ensure it aligns with the strategic goals.
- Arrange video and photo shoot sessions and update and maintain our video and photo library.
Your background
You have excellent branding skills and are a good collaborator. You are experienced in rebranding projects and know how to elevate a corporate brand, use it in a strategic context and interlink it cohesively with a corporate purpose and the product brands in a brand house.
In addition, we expect you to bring
- A relevant master's degree in visual communication, brand management or design thinking.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate branding, preferably in an international and corporate setting.
- Extensive experience of strategising and designing branding for primarily digital platforms.
- Experience in measuring brand performance through different tools, scores and analysis.
- A proven track-record of leading rebranding projects and deliver on time and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high drive and can-do attitude. You are proactive and structured.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A Danish work permit is a prerequisite.
