About the Role
As a Serialization, Systems, and Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain. You will be the primary contact for serialization, supply chain systems, EDI, master data, and compliance topics within the DACH/ROW region. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will manage daily operations while driving strategic initiatives to enhance business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all serialization, ERP, EDI, master data, and compliance activities within the DACH/ROW Supply Chain.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and collaborate with internal and external partners, including 3PLs, wholesalers, distributors, vendors, and stakeholders, to resolve issues and maintain seamless workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks, prioritizing patient safety and product efficacy.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to support and improve serialization, ERP, and EDI processes.
- Stay ahead of emerging requirements, industry trends, and regulatory changes, ensuring the regional supply chain remains audit-ready and future-proof.
- Develop and implement business continuity plans and risk management strategies.
- Oversee master data governance, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
What You Bring to the Table
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vaccine or pharmaceutical supply chain with a focus on serialization, ERP, EDI, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP applications.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
- Expertise in master data management and governance.
- Hands-on experience with serialization, ERP, and EDI implementations.
- Familiarity with supply chain platform vendors (e.g., TraceLink, TrueCommerce).
- Experience managing relationships with 3PLs, wholesalers, and distributors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365, iContracts, and supply chain platform solutions.
- Highly organized with a focus on documentation, tracking, and continuous improvement.
