If you are nodding at this point, then read on as we are looking for a L&D Specialist to join us in Digital, Data & IT People & Organisation (DD&IT P&O).
The position
As a Senior L&D Professional, you will be responsible developing learning programs targeted our employees in Digital, Data and IT. This includes:
- Building our Tech Academy, offering relevant learning to ensure our employees can keep pace with technological advancements.
- Assess learning needs and effectiveness by conducting analyses to identify skill gaps and learning requirements within the DD&IT workforce.
- Own and co-develop content, activities and programs critical across DD&IT together with experts.
- Monitor, set criteria and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Act as liaison between the P&O department and other organisational units.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably with a focus on training within digital and tech environments.
- Learning design experience and relevant toolbox to develop learning programmes.
- High degree of independence, high-quality mindset and able to maintain an overview also under time pressure.
- Relevant academic degree and fluent in written and spoken English.
- It is considered a plus, if you have experience with training platforms such as Sana or Degreed.
We hope to get a candidate on board who can tick off most of the above requirements, but most important is your ability to use your strong interpersonal skills to assist you in creating trustful relationships across organisation and enabling you to challenge stakeholders and drive projects forward.
About the department
You will be part of a dedicated P&O department supporting DD&IT to succeed with the vision of being a proactive, trusted Tech Leader providing business value through innovation and new digital solutions. We help drive a learning culture through various cross-area initiatives. The DD&IT P&O team consists of 21 passionate colleagues, across three teams – two HR Business Partnering teams enabling the different CVP areas, and one Project Management Office responsible for driving cross-organizational projects. We are a very social group, who enjoys talks next to the coffee machine and an occasional cake – just because.
This job is located at our headquarter in Ballerup, where you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment – but sometimes we work from our hub in Ørestad.
