The position
We are looking for a Specialist with expertise in Wash and/or Sterilization within the Supply & Formulation department within Aseptic Manufacturing Bagsværd. You will join our leadership team and will report directly to the Senior Director to work strategically and support the team and production within W&S processes.
As part of supporting the department, your leadership and expertise will be key when on the shopfloor, offering process support and guidance to our operators.

Responsibilities will include:
• Key role in decision making alongside the management group regarding W&S processes and new equipment.
• Active involvement in the process groups for Aseptic Manufacturing.
• Participating in performance boards, management boards and support team meetings.
• Support projects and project resources across the department and offering sparring and coaching.
• Driving the W&S digitalization journey across the department.

Qualifications
• You hold an academic degree within Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience with W&S equipment and processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
• An interest and knowledge on digitalization and new technologies.
• Experience with stakeholder management and working cross-functionally and globally.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. If you speak Danish this is a bonus.

About the department
In Supply & Formulation within Aseptic Manufacturing site Bagsværd, we have a team of approximately 190 employees from various professional backgrounds, including operators, technicians, leaders and support staff. Our department is responsible for operating the existing sterilization equipment in the insulin filling facility as well as driving and supporting our formulation processes. The site is currently running several major investment projects. A lot of new sterilization equipment is being upgraded and implemented over the coming years and you will play in integral role in this expansion.

Within the W&S department, you will collaborate closely with another W&S Specialist and will report directly into the Senior Director. There are currently 26 supporters within the W&S support team with various levels of experience that will be looking to you for guidance, coaching and support.
