The Partnership Squad is essential in developing technical solutions that support the bank’s strategic partnerships. As part of the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe, we promote innovation and growth, improving digital customer experiences and providing proactive insights to maintain relevance at every customer touchpoint. Our team of 10 Business & Functional Specialists, Developers, and a solution architect work collaboratively across Denmark, Lithuania, and India.

About the Role

Join Danske Bank as a strong Business and Functional Specialist in our Partnership Squad. We seek someone motivated by leveraging partnerships to enhance banking experiences and reach strategic goals. This role is key to contributing to Danske Bank’s significant transformation journey toward our Forward’28 goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, systems, and data owners to align activities with strategic objectives that enhance customer experiences.

• Translate complex business logic into clear, actionable specifications for partnership set-up.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance the Partnership Squad’s strategic agenda.

• Support downstream stakeholders in realising business value through effective partnerships.

• Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with all regulatory, governance, and security frameworks.

• Actively participate in the transformation of Danske Bank’s retail customer area.

Who are we looking for?

To perform well in this role, you should have a strong understanding of business and understand how partnerships drive strategic success. Your ability to navigate complex environments and facilitate collaboration will be crucial in meeting our objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Natural/Life Sciences or a related field.

• 5-8 years’ experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Business Functional Specialist, focusing on process and project management and collaborative projects.

• Knowledge of security, compliance, risk management, and general financial services is beneficial.

• Adept collaboration and facilitation skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proficient in English.

• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, adaptable to changing business environments.

• Proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.
