About the job
We’re looking for a sharp and driven Innovation Project Manager to manage cross-functional projects that bring new products and innovations to life. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind the structured, timely, and high-impact execution of development projects - from early concepts to market launch.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects, including product development, product improvements, innovation initiatives, and customer-specific solutions
• Plan and track project timelines, deliverables, and key decision gates
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across Portfolio Management, R&D, Sales, and other stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and remove execution barriers
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Support decision-making by ensuring transparency and structured follow-up
• Coordinate resource needs with functional managers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance and ways of working
• Coach and support teams in structured and timely project execution.

The position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark. We expect travel activity to be approximately 10-20 days a year.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional product or innovation projects.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communicator, confident decision-maker, and natural collaborator.
