The Position
As a Cleaning Supporter, your key responsibilities will be to support CIP (Clean in Place) and manual cleaning processes of equipment between batches in our two production facilities covering both cultivation and purification processes. You will take part in day-to-day problem solving and ensure continuous improvements are implemented, as well as participate in validation planning and execution.

You will be delivering excellent results and help us fulfill our ambition to obtain great process understanding and stable production, thus enabling us to start producing new products.

Your key responsibilities:

- Handling validation and verification planning and execution.

- Leading improvement activities and small projects to ensure that we operate in a smart, simple, and environmentally responsible manner.

- Coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.

- Supporting production, including required documentation in accordance with current standards and legislation, deviations, and change requests.

- Initiating problem-solving for observed deviations or other issues with the cleaning processes.

- Reviewing documentation and updating written procedures according to standards.

In this team, you will work together with 8 skilled colleagues. The team will offer a social and informal, yet focused and dynamic environment. You will gain a broad network across our organization as we work with many stakeholders, such as quality assurance, technical support, skilled workers, operators, project teams, and other supporting functions.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:

- A degree in a relevant scientific field such as biotechnology, chemical engineering, microbiology, or something similar.

- Experience within cleaning support or another area of support in a GMP regulated environment would be a clear advantage.

- Proficiency in Danish (or willingness to learn) and English, both written and spoken.

- Good communication skills, enabling you to have strong cooperation with stakeholders across the organization.

About the Department
You will be part of a dynamic business area that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients worldwide. API Manufacturing 4, 25K Multi-Product Facilities consists of around 200 employees split into different teams and staff functions. We are situated in Hillerød and produce various APIs used to treat patients all over the world. We are growing our business and looking forward to an exciting future as a multi-product facility, which will expand our area and add complexity and possibilities for talent development.
