Would you like to play a key role in ensuring our IT Systems, supporting the Novo Nordisk archiving & data integrity process, are maintained in a high level of IT compliance? The position
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Solution Manager to lead and implement IT optimizations and ensure continuous improvement. In your new role, you will be part of a team that among other tasks also drives optimisation and compliance of our systems and tools. You will therefore become essential to the overall record management process.

Joining our team, you can expect a dynamic range of responsibilities related to system management, with opportunities to engage and collaborate with diverse users and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting requirements for new and existing systems & tools.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Leading validation and qualification activities.
  • Writing and reviewing compliance documents.
  • Providing inputs to deviations and change requests.
  • Participating in audits and inspections.
  • Being responsible for new technology rollouts.
  • Sparring partner to line of business, IT colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

Likewise, we expect you to be proactive and think innovatively, both in terms of problem-solving and collabora-tive relationships.

In addition, we see our next colleague as being able to tick most of the following boxes:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Engineering or similar.
  • Relevant technical IT experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid experience with ensuring IT compliance, IT security & Data Integrity.
  • Been working with critical systems within a highly regulated environment prefera-ble the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to learn Danish.
