The Position
Your main focus will be on:

  • Support operational process execution and verify product quality.
  • Improve operations towards error-free, continuous, and closed processes.
  • Apply profound process knowledge to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Perform process confirmation of operations and support execution.
  • Strive to reach goals agreed with management for performance and development.
  • Ensure timely training and proactively update your own development plan (IDP).
  • Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate clearly and directly with stakeholders.
  • Ensure inspection readiness and participate in inspections.
  • Provide daily support to process execution and systematic problem-solving.
  • Participate in relevant projects and ensure good documentation practice according to cGMP.
  • Share best practices with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
  • Always work with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:

  • A relevant degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in process support or a similar role within a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Danish and English.
  • A proactive approach to training and personal development.
  • A high degree of independence and initiative in driving continuous improvements.
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to best practices.

Your curiosity drives you to explore and figure out solutions to challenges, always approaching problems in a structured and methodical way. About the Department
We are currently building a new factory with a high focus on technology and automated processes. Our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from the project phase to production. In this new team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues with backgrounds within chemistry, engineering, project management, line management, health & safety, automation, and facility planning. We know that a diverse group of people performs the best results, and we are eager to build teams where collaboration across professional backgrounds ensures a right first-time execution of highly complex projects. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining a healthy and inspiring work culture.
