The Challenge

For this journey, Supply Chain & Quality Management (SCQM) is looking for a detail-oriented and curious person to help us achieve just that. With reference to the Director of Procurement in SCQM, you are offered a unique opportunity to join our Business Excellence Center and our journey to fulfill our potential through data and enhance our ability to make data-driven decisions. You will be working across multiple sites, together with colleagues from our Quality and Sourcing department.
Main Responsibilities
As part of our Business Excellence Center, you will play a key role in ensuring we are up to date with all relevant data points through our supply chain. This is an essential role in the ever-changing compliance and data-driven environment. Your focus will be on ensuring our supply chain data is correct and up to date. This work will be done in cross-functional collaboration with our Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and CSR departments as well as across Sourcing, Shipping and Procurement.
Your Professional Qualifications
You have a relevant educational background within administration, supply chain or procurement. You are detail-oriented and ready to focus your attention on improving status quo. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Fluent in English (required)
- ERP knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel

- Independent and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to deliver results as part of a team while also managing individual projects

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based at Terma’s premises in Brasov, Romania, with some travel expected. The starting date is June 2 , 2025.
