The position
You will be part of a team that works to implement, validate and maintain Production IT solutions. We have a natural desire to always look for smarter ways of doing things and are always working to contribute to improving our standards and services. As our IT System Manager you are to ensure IT compliance, which ensures the “License to operate” for OPDev equipment, IT operation and maintenance of defined GxP and development Production Machines and that our department security KPIs are delivered.

In addition you are to:

• Manage the expectations of LoB, customers and users concerning the use of the IT systems
• Ensure that the systems are in compliance with relevant internal and external requirements
• Represent IT system in connection with audits and inspections
• Write system documentation for GxP critical IT systems

Qualification
We prefer you have a relevant academic background and experience with IT, GMP and preferably computerized production equipment.

Moreover, you have:

• Several years of experience in the IT industry
• Experience with Windows computer systems, Active Directory, IT-Infrastructure and general networking knowledge
• Solid project management skills

As a person you embody a team-oriented, self-driven, and proactive approach, taking responsibility for your actions. You value open communication, fostering healthy discussions while guiding towards a shared direction. You are adaptable to changes and challenges, and you are a good collaborator with different stakeholders. You are fluent in English, and Danish is an advantage.

About the department
You will be joining one of the IT operations teams in our Tech Support & IT department, which is part of the CMC Oral Product Development and consists of 7 teams of close to 85 employees. We are responsible for identifying, designing, building, and implementing solutions that assist our Sandbox testing facility and the clinical trial production in performing their processes more efficiently and reliably. The team works closely with other departments and functions within OPDev, as well as external partners and vendors.
