The position
As Associate Manager for the cultivation team in our API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production facility in Hillerød you will lead the team consists of 30+ dedicated operators being responsible for the operational part of the cultivation in two facilities producing for three different products. The team works day and evening shifts. Moreover, you will play a key part in managing the daily routine as well as developing your team to be able to navigate in a very agile environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production tasks in facilities and planning with team and area planning functions
- Unite the team around common goals
- Promote a strong can-do culture without sacrificing quality
- Drive strategic direction for present and future benefits
- Serve as a compliance role model and integrate it into daily work
- Inspire team optimization of systems and procedures
- Set and take responsibility for team objectives and the overall goal for the area
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
- Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience from a production environment
- Technical experience in production within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Danish and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Biotech and/or Engineering will be an advantageous but not a requirement.
To succeed you need to be able to keep a cool head and make decisions in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently.
