Care beyond expectations
In this role, you will provide expert medical advice, training and support in the field of urology. You will be joining our newly established Medical Affairs department, having both Global R&D, Global Marketing, Sales Territories (ST's) and direct customer interaction - contributing to the development and improvement of medical technologies and devices, as well as shaping the clinical evidence strategy for the product on the market.
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being the clinical indication and application expert, being up to date on clinical practice and clinical evidence
- Act as the urology expert across a broad stakeholder landscape
- Provide clinical training, e.g. towards R&D, Global Marketing our Affiliates, and customers/users of our products
- Conduct clinical expert reviews of clinical medical device documentation
The role works out of our HQ in Ballerup Denmark, and is ideally full time, but for the right candidate it could alternatively be an 80% role, if combined with relevant, clinical work in academia. Up to 20% of the role will entail travel activities.

- Are a Medical Doctor, with a completed residency in urology
- Have experience in endoscopic procedures in both the upper and lower urinary tract
- Carry strong interpersonal and communication skills; being able to explain complexity in a simple manner, across a broad stakeholder landscape
- Are confident in presenting studies, data, and clinical evidence - and have a strong track record in clinical research and publications
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills; being able to prioritize in an industry that never stands still
