Building Services Designer

Your new workday will include:

• Developing project documentation for industrial facilities in the field of sanitary and HVAC installations, from concept through construction and technical designs to detailed execution plans;
• Working in a project team with assistants and overseeing their work;
• Collaborating with a team of designers and other departments within the company on project execution, including interdisciplinary coordination.

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Higher education degree (Environmental Engineering);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, focusing on industrial projects;
• Ability to independently solve technical problems;
• Familiarity with calculation software such as Audytor or Instal-Soft, Arcadia Termocad, or similar;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D environments like REVIT is a plus;
• A strong understanding of technical concepts related to heat exchange, refrigeration technology, hydraulics, ventilation, and compressed air systems;
• Proficient technical English communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and possess high personal integrity;
• Full professional qualifications for designing in the installation specialty;
• NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of steam installations and basic mechanics will be an additional advantage.
