As our new Sales Manager, you won’t just sell – you’ll ignite customer relationships, drive revenue, and expand our reach across Europe. You’ll be the go-to person for selecting accounts, owning your portfolio end-to-end, and proactively identifying new business opportunities in one of the world’s most exciting industries: space.

Your Mission
As Sales Manager, your role is to build and expand relationships that generate long-term value – for both the customer and for us. You’ll play a key part in how we grow across Europe and contribute directly to strategic sales outcomes. In close coordination with our internal teams, you'll ensure customers receive quick and accurate information at every step – enabling you to act fast and close deals effectively.
You will:
- Drive sales intake across assigned accounts – with a clear focus on value and growth
- Proactively engage with new leads and potential customers, turning interest into action
- Develop existing accounts and spot upsell opportunities through trust and insight
- Gather and channel customer insights to shape strategy and priorities
- Represent us at industry events and customer visits across Europe
This is a frontline role, where relationships, responsiveness, and rhythm are everything.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings both energy and structure – someone who thrives on action, listens with intent, and follows through with confidence. While a tech background is not required, it’s important that you feel comfortable navigating commercial conversations in a technically driven environment and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
You might be the one if you:
- Hold a master’s degree in communications, business, or similar
- Have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales – ideally in a tech-driven or complex industry
- Are fluent in English and at least one additional European language
- Are confident pitching ideas, managing stakeholders, and creating engagement
- Know how to use modern CRM tools and follow structured sales processes
