THE POSITION

  • To design and deliver technical training programs for both in-house staff and external resources, ensuring alignment with production quality standards and supporting capacity development.
  • To contribute to onboarding, upskilling, and the launch of new products, helping maintain consistent and efficient production operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Evaluation & Quality Alignment

  • Prepare materials and structures for skill assessments and technical tests;
  • Evaluate and score technical tests submitted by in-house and external candidates to ensure alignment with quality standards;
  • Identify skill gaps and suggest improvement areas based on test results and production performance;
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists (QS), Technical Development Specialists (TDS), and other stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with current production workflows and quality requirements;

Training Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for in-house and external resources (PTEs, group PTEs, vendors);
  • Conduct onboarding and upskilling sessions for new and existing production resources across Production line;
  • Develop clear training roadmaps, training materials, testing scenarios, and hands-on exercises;
  • Provide live or recorded training sessions and workshops, both online and in-person;

Training Implementation & Monitoring

  • Work closely with CM and production teams to schedule and align training programs with upcoming resource needs.
  • Ensure all training programs are executed efficiently and consistently
  • Monitor training effectiveness through performance tracking and feedback loops;
  • Act as a technical support point during production, assisting editors with technical challenges and production workflow;
  • Conduct post-training assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Provide input and assistance in quality improvement initiatives.

Supporting onboard new clients and products

  • Participate in the launch of new products and variants by training production teams on new workflows, techniques, and client expectations;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure alignment across training and implementation phases;

REQUIREMENT:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Multimedia, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical training or similar roles within creative/media production.
  • Strong background in designing training materials and delivering effective training sessions.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing workflows and tools.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop.
  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, patient, and able to multitask.
  • Good English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).

Others:

  • Good health, clear voice, no color blindness.
  • Willing to work flexible hours or holidays if production requires.

Working time: 9h-18h (Mon-Fri)

Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
