About the position: EasyTranslate is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Copenhagen on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for ambitious recent graduates from CBS, KU, or similar institutions who are eager to gain hands-on experience and quickly advance in their careers.

At EasyTranslate, all finance and bookkeeping operations are fully insourced to our dedicated in-house team. Not only do we manage EasyTranslate’s finances, but we are also responsible for the finance operations of the entire EasyTranslate Group. As we pursue an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, we expect the finance team to expand significantly – offering you the opportunity for a rapid career path, new responsibilities, and continuous growth alongside the company.

No prior work experience is necessary; we will provide all training. What matters most is your motivation, eagerness to learn, and commitment to making a difference.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Coordinating finance communication and handling accounts payable and receivable for group companies
• Assisting with debt collection (in collaboration with our collections partner)
• Conducting monthly reconciliation and controls via API integrations
• Supporting monthly group financial reporting
• Helping prepare prospectuses and materials for board and investor meetings

Who are you?

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate (e.g., Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar—HA from CBS, Polit from KU, etc.)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently—even under pressure
• Quick to learn new systems and keen on technology
• Experienced with the MS Office suite, especially Excel

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with finance or bookkeeping systems
• Are confident in advanced Excel functionality
• Understand the basics of double-entry bookkeeping
