THE POSITION
The Production Excellence Specialist (Onboarding) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and products into our production system. This includes testing, ramp-up planning, production setup, and coaching teams to meet quality and efficiency standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Test new clients and products

• Organize and supervise the new client test in production to ensure the quality meets client expectations

• Leading the processing time test to align with client budget

Manage ramp-up and onboarding of new clients

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of onboarding activities.

• Monitor production performance during ramp-up, analyze data, and adjust plans to meet client SLAs and quality standards.

Manage production setup

• Work closely with production teams to design and implement optimal workflows for new clients and products.

• Ensure all necessary tools, templates, and documentation are prepared and validated before launching.

Quick train and coach

• Deliver quick training and coach production resources to ensure they can produce jobs with quality and speed that meet the standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Highschool Degree

• 3–5 years of experience in photo editing or production operations

• Strong technical background in editing and production workflows

• Good English skills in listening, reading and writing; speaking is a plus

• Experience in quality control and project management

• Strong skills in researching and testing, training and reporting

Working time: 9h-18h (Mon-Fri)

Location: Han Viet Tower, 348 Kim Nguu, Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
