Your Position
As a Technical Liaison Manager, you will be based in Doha, Qatar, with a primary focus on project execution (70%), along with responsibilities in cross-functional coordination (20%) and sales & business development support (10%).

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
As a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, timely project execution, and effective coordination across departments.

    • Project Execution Support (70%)
    • Client Liaison: Serve as the local representative for existing clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of technical issues.
    • Technical Coordination: Facilitate technical discussions between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
    • Project Oversight: Monitor progress to ensure timely and within-scope delivery of all technical components.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project updates, and technical discussions.

    Coordination Support (20%)

    • Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams to enhance service quality.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate cultural awareness in client interactions to ensure respectful and effective communication.

    Sales Support (10%)

    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including EPC contractors and Oil & Gas operators.
    • Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with company services.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends in telecommunications and Oil & Gas to provide valuable insights to the team and clients.

    Required Qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or IT Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Experience in Project Management and tracking progress against project goals.
    • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies, especially within the Oil & Gas sector.
    • Relationship Building: Ability to build lasting professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Negotiation Skills: Capable of resolving conflicts and negotiating terms in a mutually beneficial manner.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
    • Analytical Skills: Able to interpret complex technical information and communicate it clearly.
    • Business Acumen: Understanding of business development processes and identifying growth opportunities.
