Group Financial Controller
Key role in Group Finance of an international company with solid growth ambitions.
For an exciting role, we are looking for a strong financial profile. This position offers the opportunity to apply your financial expertise and contribute directly to business performance. You will join a skilled Group Finance Team and operate in an international environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across 20 entities.

Central role in Group Finance with international impact
You will take ownership of cash flow management and deliver high-quality consolidated reports that meet internal deadlines and standards. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the drive to continuously improve financial processes and controls.

Key Tasks:

• Manage and develop the Group’s cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Consolidate monthly results and explain key figures to management
• Support audits, transfer pricing, and US GAAP compliance
• Provide financial analyses and insights to support decision-making

Strong financial profile with an analytical mindset
You hold a master’s degree in Auditing, Finance, or Economics and have solid expertise in core financial disciplines such as accounting, controlling, and reporting.

You may currently be working as a Financial Controller – either at group level or within a subsidiary – or in a treasury function. Alternatively, you may come directly from an auditing background and are ready to take the next step into a finance role in industry.

You have an international mindset and experience working in or with medium-sized or large companies with a group structure. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

You are independent, analytical, and hands-on. You create structure, deliver high-quality results on time, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
