Internship – BESS Operations

Period of internship: Spring 2026

Would you like to extend your knowledge within battery technologies and BESS operation and take on an internship within in the field of renewable energy?

Eurowind Energy is a global and leading developer, owner and operator of wind and solar energy projects. Your role as our intern
As intern on our BESS team, you will be a part the Operational Development department, where we test, operate and maintain battery technologies. You will assist our current team in operation, service and maintenance of BESS, which includes:

• Technical support to Development & EPC regarding BESS
• Commissioning of BESS
• Troubleshooting on BESS
• Coordination of service and planned maintenance with external subcontractors
• Update and follow up on agreements with battery contractors
• Assist in instructing internal personnel on safety issues within BESS
• Inspect and quality asses work done by subcontractors
• Technical support to other departments regarding batteries
• Ad hoc tasks

Your education and skills
It is a requirement that you are under education in a Danish institution.

Maybe you are studying to become Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering or similar. Most importantly, you are eager to learn about Batteries, BESS and renewable energy.

We emphasize that you have strong liaison skills and are good at collaborating and take on new skills and knowledge.

The internship is unpaid.
