Want to shape how data powers real business decisions?

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our AI & Data Center of Excellence, where we build scalable, self-service data products for the entire GlobalConnect group — from Sales and Finance to our infrastructure teams. You’ll work closely with a Nordic team of 20 data specialists, with 5–7 as your core crew. This role focuses on B2B stakeholders.

We don’t build stuff for the sake of it. Our mission is to enable the business to find their own answers — to automate the boring stuff and elevate the work that matters. You’ll build robust data models and pipelines using DBT and Snowflake, and work with Power BI to make insights useful and accessible.

Our target is high AI and data maturity. We’re investing in the practices, platforms, and partnerships that move us toward this.

What you’ll do

• Work with business teams across the Nordics to understand data needs and create scalable, self-service solutions
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable data models and pipelines (DBT + Snowflake)
• Make insights accessible through clean, intuitive Power BI dashboards
• Promote data literacy by training stakeholders in best practices for data exploration and visualization.
• Safeguard data quality, governance, and accessibility across the organization.
• Continuously explore new technologies and methods to improve our analytics capabilities.

Who we think you are

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, either in-house or as a consultant
• Hands-on experience with DBT, Snowflake, and Power BI
• You’re fluent in English, and can communicate in at least one Scandinavian language
• Ideally, you’ve worked in telco, infrastructure, or finance — but it’s not a requirement

The position is based in either Stockholm, Olso (Fornebu) or Copenhagen.
