As a Sr. Associate, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management, you will be trusted to drive strategic customer engagement and commercial growth across designated accounts in Sweden.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Collaborating with eye care professionals and internal stakeholders to solve access and delivery challenges
- Developing and executing tailored sales and business plans to meet account-specific targets
- Building long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and proposing impactful solutions
- Leading contract negotiations and guiding initiatives that support account development
- Organizing customer events and contributing to strategic planning with marketing and medical teams
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales, account management, or healthcare industry roles
- Strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to interpret market data
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on customer success and compliance
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills
