The role
We are seeking a Frontend .NET Developer with AI to join our AI & Automation team in Global IT. In this role, you will design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces for internal applications — including a cutting-edge AI tool. Collaborating closely with backend developers and AI specialists, you will help shape user-centric software solutions that enhance efficiency and usability across ALK.

This is an international role with 10–30 travel days per year. The position is based in Krakow (hybrid).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive frontend interfaces for ALK’s internal applications.
• Collaborate with AI & Automation colleagues to deliver user-focused digital solutions.
• Contribute actively to UX design, ensuring excellent usability and user satisfaction.
• Work closely with backend developers on API integrations, AI workflows, and backend logic.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment.
• Continuously seek improvements to functionality and user experience.

Your profile

• Solid experience with .NET Core (C#) and ASP.NET fundamentals.
• Experience with Blazor or another modern frontend framework (React, Angular), and willingness to learn Blazor.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with Tailwind or another CSS framework, and willingness to learn Tailwind.
• Understanding of UX design principles (nice to have).
• Familiarity with MVC architecture (nice to have).
• Experience in software testing (nice to have).
• Security-focused approach to development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
