As an AIV Systems Engineer you'll be involved in satellite projects entering our cleanroom facilities and you will play a crucial role in the assembly, integration, and verification of nanosatellites and microsatellites.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute test and verification campaigns, working closely with system engineering across the company. As part of a growing team, you'll also contribute to scaling and standardizing AIV processes to support our expanding project portfolio.

- Be a reference point for the Assembly, Integration and Testing phase of the satellite.
- Hands on in the assembly, integration and verification of the AIV phase of the projects.
- Collaborate with the engineering department (AOCS, Flight Software, TTMTC, System Engineering) in implementing and testing innovative design solutions.
- Work together with the product assurance team on the non-conformance handling and assist in inspections and KIPs.
- Integration and verification of satellites at launch site.

As a person, you have excellent teamwork and communication skills especially when coordinating with engineers and specialists across disciplines. You’re a team player with high drive and initiative, who takes full ownership of your tasks and sees them through with integrity.
You thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment and enjoy solving complex problems, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. You’re comfortable working with EGSE/MGSE and familiar with functional and environmental testing, standards, and documentation.
Experience with Linux is a plus, and you're open to occasional on-call support during test campaigns.
Finally, you’re flexible, curious, and open to regular international travel when needed.
