Product Specialist - Gloves

You will join a global organization, with a clear sustainability agenda, where compliance and quality are at the heart of our strategy for a regulatory and document-heavy Gloves Category. In the Gloves category, our goal is safer and better care: you will help turn standards (PPE/MDR/FKM) into certified, well‑documented products that customers and users can trust. Our customers rely on us to manage compliance so they can focus on their core business, making your contribution essential to maintaining our value proposition.

Success in this position requires the ability to navigate complex and evolving legislation, identify key information within large regulatory frameworks, and maintain a high level of detail orientation. Some tasks will be repetitive, while others will vary and demand analytical thinking. Strong communication skills are a plus, as you’ll often need to translate complex requirements into clear guidance for internal stakeholders. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and can keep focus under information-heavy conditions, this role offers both challenge and impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and update documentation, certificates, product specifications, environmental and ethical compliance, supplier declarations, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate master data management, including technical specifications and product registrations within assigned categories.
• Handle and process product complaints effectively.
• Apply for relevant certifications, verifications, tests, and legalizations for products within the portfolio.
• Prepare artwork for packaging, product data sheets, and safety data sheets in compliance with legal labeling requirements.
• Collaborate with the Global Category Manager (GCM) to manage additional tasks related to the product area.

What we hope you bring

• While experience with product data, certifications, and regulations is an advantage, we place greater emphasis on your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with relevant documentation and legislation. Prior experience with these specific regulations is not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key information within large and evolving legislation frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to translate complex compliance topics into understandable guidance for stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable personality with a positive approach to problem-solving and collaboration in a dynamic team environment.
