What you’ll do
You will be a key player in designing and producing engaging, high-performance ad creatives for our clients. Your role will focus on turning newly created assets into compelling, platform-specific ads.

You can look forward to:

• Designing and building a variety of ad formats, including Meta Carousel Ads, TikTok Reels, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) billboards, and High Impact Display ads.
• Working heavily in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite to transform creative concepts into polished, effective advertisements tailored for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and DV360.
• Partnering with creative and media teams to bring storyboards and static designs to life.
• Working with performance marketing teams to adapt creatives based on data-driven insights.
• Ensuring all creative assets are optimized for web and mobile environments.
• Proactively suggesting creative solutions to improve ad engagement and performance.

• Brand & Creative Strategy: Developing brand refreshes, customer profiles, campaign concepts, and spotting emerging trends.
• Content Creation: Producing video and photography assets through professional shoots, in close collaboration with our Organic Social team.
• Creative Design: Crafting high-performing ads tailored for multiple channels and formats.
• Creative Tech: Leveraging tools such as Smartly, Celtra, and AI to scale creative production efficiently and profitably.

The Studio team consists of brand strategists, creative directors, content producers, designers, and creative tech experts working across markets in a truly international setting. Our diverse perspectives fuel creativity, and our shared drive to learn and grow keeps us evolving in a fast-moving digital landscape.

What we’re looking for
We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one, but we’re looking for enthusiastic graphic designers with an eye for creative design who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us.

You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• 2–4 years’ experience in a creative design role, preferably in digital advertising.
• Strong proficiency with design software (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating digital ads across various platforms.
• Knowledge of asset optimization for web and mobile environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong QA and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
