Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager for our department in Lynge (primary base), who will also support tasks across the EU Tooling group.
You will hold the overall responsibility for leading and coordinating a program consisting of multiple projects. You will act as the link between the client, stakeholders and management, ensuring that the program delivers the intended business value.

Key Responsibilities
• Overall accountability for program planning, execution, and progress.
• Coordinate and prioritize resources across projects.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and challenges to ensure program objectives are met.
• Ensure that all projects collectively support the client’s strategy and requirements.
• Report on status and progress to the client and management.
• Build strong relationships with the client and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager working in a global environment.
• Strong skills in program and portfolio management.
• Ability to work strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical knowledge within tooling and molding technology.
