To lead our Fleet department, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on leader who’s ready to take full ownership and make a real impact.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Mover’s Logistics Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing fleet team that makes reliable, high-quality delivery experiences possible for our customers. You’ll own everything fleet-related – from long-term strategy to hands-on daily operations.

THE JOB
Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop our team of Fleet Operations Specialists
• Build strong relationships with drivers and contractors
• Manage negotiation and contract processes contractors
• Continuously optimize our delivery model with a focus on quality, cost, and compliance
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Interact with clients and key partners to ensure operational excellence

ABOUT YOU
You know logistics from the ground up - from route planning and fleet management to contractor relations and cost control. You’re motivated by operational excellence, clear processes, and seeing your team deliver real results. You balance structure with pragmatism and lead with both professionalism and empathy.

You’ll likely have most of these qualities:

• Leadership experience: Proven record in logistics, transport, or operations management with a focus on people and performance.
• Commercial mindset: Skilled negotiator who balances cost efficiency with quality service.
• Operational expertise: Strong grasp of logistics processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Financial awareness: Understands how logistics decisions affect margins and overall performance.
• Strong communicator: Fluent in Danish and English, able to engage confidently across teams and partners.
• Structured and decisive: Brings clarity and accountability to fast-moving environments.
• Team player: Motivates others and helps create a culture of collaboration and success.
