For our newly established product, Astro Go WMS, we are looking for a driven, logistics-savvy professional to join our team in Breda. In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire customer journey: from initial outreach through successful implementation to long-term customer relationships. About the role
As Application Consultant for Astro Go WMS, you operate at the intersection of logistics, IT, and sales. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will analyse logistics processes, advise on the best possible solution, and configure our software. You will take the lead during implementations, go-lives, and user training, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Your work will directly impact warehouse efficiency and business success. You will also play a key role in the sales process. From engaging with potential customers to providing input on their challenges, and leading product demos of our SaaS solution. It’s not about hard selling, but about advising, convincing, and adding value through expertise.

You thrive on variety. One moment you are running a discovery call, the next you are configuring the system or delivering user training. As part of a newly established product and organization, you will play an active role in shaping both the solution and how we operate. You will not be doing it alone – you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, support, and implementation to create lasting value together.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with new potential customers
  • Lead customer workshops and process discovery sessions
  • Translate business needs into functional software solutions
  • Configure and implement Astro Go WMS
  • Deliver training to users and guide them through go-lives
  • Continuously advise customers on how to optimize and evolve their set-up
  • Record customer information in our CRM system
  • Provide ongoing customer support and relationship management

Your profile
To thrive in this role, you bring a solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, paired with a customer-centric mindset that focuses on problem-solving and delivering real value. You are comfortable navigating both the commercial and technical sides of the customer journey, communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders across SMBs. Your approach is structured and self-driven, yet flexible enough to adapt in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English are essential to engage effectively with our diverse customer base.
