Marketing Manager for Driving Sales and Storytelling in Biotech

We are looking for you, who can scale our commercial sales and strengthen our marketing through clear messaging, effective digital programs, and reliable reporting.

Turn complexity into clear communication
You will be involved in our many interesting marking activities, among others:

  • Turn complex science into concise product messaging, and focused sales decks.
  • Improve website conversion with strong product pages, forms, and timely follow up.
  • Plan and run SEO, paid, and email programs that generate qualified meetings.
  • Measure results by product and double down on what works.

Excellent in Storytelling
We are looking for a new colleague, who:

  • Has two to five years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, or growth. Life science or complex B2B is a plus.
  • Is strong in writing and storytelling. You make complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Is structured and data driven. You like experiments, clean CRM data, and clear reports.
  • Can take ownership of our marketing projects and is proactive by coming up with initiatives for marketing activities.
  • Has working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation, LinkedIn Ads, and email workflows.
  • Has a collaborative mindset with sales and scientists. We work closely and move quickly, so you will have a clear voice and influence in shaping how we approach clients and internal processes.
  • Is fluent in English both written and oral.
  • Is ready for a steep learning curve and looking for a job with responsibilities from day one.

About Us
You will join the Business Development team and report to the VP of Business Development.

Nordic Bioscience is a global leader in extracellular matrix (ECM) research. We develop blood-based biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment-response monitoring in drug development. Our clients are pharmaceutical and biotech companies advancing precision medicine in cancers, fibrotic diseases, and other chronic conditions.
