Field Service Engineer Patient Monitoring

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and customer education regarding Philips Healthcare equipment, with a focus on hospital patient monitoring systems. You will primarily operate in East and South Denmark, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal system performance at hospital sites, with occasional travel throughout Denmark and to neighboring Nordic countries.

Your Role:

• Execute service activities, including regular preventative maintenance, emergency service, fault finding, upgrades, and installations in accordance with Philips' quality standards.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of service records, paying particular attention to test and inspection results.
• Submit service data, job sheets, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
• Serve as a liaison between Philips and customers, addressing administrative and technical matters.
• Report customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up on assigned quality and regulatory training.
• Utilize appropriate measurement equipment (electronic and analogue) within a calibration-controlled cycle.
• Identify business opportunities that contribute to customer satisfaction and positive margin contribution.

You're the Right Fit If You Have the Following:

• Relevant educational background in medical/electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant field service experience, preferably within a hospital environment.
• Strong skills in identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts.
• Independent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.
• Profound IT skills are a merit.
• Fluent in both English and Danish.
• Valid driving license B category and willingness to travel.
