Job requirements
By joining our Board Talent Network, you’ll be considered for future board opportunities across KRING’s growing portfolio of ventures. These companies span a variety of sectors and stages but are united by a common goal: building scalable, impact-driven businesses with strong founder teams.

We look for board candidates who can:

• Support founders with practical, stage-relevant guidance
• Bring clarity and challenge to strategic decision-making
• Offer deep expertise in a relevant domain or function (e.g., product, growth, regulation, fundraising, etc.)
• Help build governance structures that grow with the company
• Share KRING’s ambition for sustainable value creation and positive societal impact, focused on building Zebra Companies.
• As a board member in a KRING portfolio company, you are expected to invest in the company.
• There is a significant amount of tactical and operational work involved, not only strategic work.
• We assess what profile you have and your experience, e.g., whether you are a CTO (technical), CCC (commercial/sales), CEO (strategic), COO (execution), CIO (Tech/AI), etc.

Board roles will vary depending on the specific needs of each venture, but all require a strong commitment to supporting early-stage founders on their journey.
