A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Piccoline at Wind University within Siemens Gamesa, you will support a variety of training and planning activities. You will play a key role in maintaining a high level of service for all employees during training sessions, ensuring that rooms, handouts, and invitations are well-prepared. Your work will be central to the HR department, which holds global responsibility for training, and you will help create a smooth, supportive, and efficient learning environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain excellent service for employees during training sessions, including managing rooms, handouts, and invitations.
• Handle phone and email inquiries, and coordinate meetings as needed.
• Manage data and calendars efficiently.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide ad hoc assistance to welcome trainers and participants.

What You Bring

• High school degree or equivalent, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong IT skills and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain an overview in busy situations.
• Reliable, engaged, and structured, with strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent in both Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Thrive in an intercultural environment.
