Student Assistant - Brand Management Team

Then you might be the new Student Assistant we’re looking for to join our Brand Management Team at Ellab.

About the role
We’re seeking a proactive and communicative student to support both our Commercial and Technical departments. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with our global sales team and internal departments such as R&D, Production and Service to help deliver tailored solutions to our customers.

You’ll assist in gathering and understanding technical requirements, help articulate how our electronic products and sensor solutions meet customer needs and ensure smooth information flow between departments. Your ability to explain complex topics clearly will be key to your success.

Your responsibilities will include

• Support commercial teams with technical insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer-specific challenges.
• Assist in preparing pricing and solution documentation.
• Present complex topics in a clear, structured and accessible way.
• Take ownership of tasks, working independently while knowing when to seek support.

We Imagine that You

• Are currently studying a technical or commercial field (e.g. Electronics, Automation, IT & Electronics Technology, International Sales & Marketing or similar).
• Are a great communicator in English - both written and verbal.
• Can explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly way.
• Are comfortable working across departments and initiating dialogue with colleagues.
• Are self-driven, curious and eager to learn.
• Are structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Have experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Practical Information

• Approx. 15 hours per week, spread over 2 days.
• Flexible working hours to fit around your studies.
• Start date: as soon as possible.
