Our diverse team of 25+ are based in Aarhus, Denmark.

The role
As a Quantitative Trader, you will be a key part of a high-performing team developing and running strategies across global markets. You will work across the full research-to-production pipeline: from hypothesis and model design to implementation and live trading. US trading strategies will be your focus within Equities and Fixed Income.

Key responsibilities

• Trade and optimize trading strategies in the US markets minimum twice per week.
• Research, design, and implement trading strategies using statistical methods.
• Work with large datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and market inefficiencies.
• Identify and monitor fundamental drivers of returns and risk.
• Execute live trading strategies, including performance attribution, risk monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Work and collaborate in cross-functional teams with Quants, Traders, and ML Engineers to enhance trading performance and develop new trading strategies.
• Communicate findings clearly to both quantitative and non-quantitative colleagues.

What we are looking for

• 0-3 years of experience (analysis, trading, or quantitative research).
• Curiosity within trading, risk management and money management.
• Excellent quantitative skills with Python being a key part of your toolbox.
• Comfortable working with large financial datasets and translating them into ideas and insights.
• Team player with high empathy and good communication skills who can collaborate and thrive in a cross-functional team with diverse backgrounds and skills.

Location
We support flexibility in how work is done, but success in this role requires a strong presence in our Aarhus office 5 days per week. We operate in English and welcome non-Danish speaking candidates.
