As a Regulatory Senior Associate at Reckitt, your regulatory expertise becomes a pivotal part of our business's success. In this role, you won't just be part of the process — you'll lead it, making strategic decisions that influence the direction and achievements of our brand.   • Manage product registrations across the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden) for legacy Health and Hygiene categories.
  • Ensure regulatory and product safety compliance for existing and new products, including eco-label licenses and EPR schemes.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to implement regulatory strategies and support product innovation.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and databases, and monitor regulatory changes and trends.
  • Coordinate authority submissions and responses, including translations and eco-endorsement applications.
  • Engage with local government agencies and trade associations on registration and compliance matters.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support cross-functional teams including Legal, R&D, and Supply sites.

The experience we're looking for

  • 4+ years experienced in an FMCG environment.
  • Experience in Medicine/Medical device and/or chemical, detergent and biocide regulations
  • Experience in ecolabel regulations is highly desirable
  • Broad knowledge of product category regulatory requirements in the Nordic Region
  • Fluency (oral and written) in English
  • Fluency (oral and written) in Danish, Swedish or another Nordic language
