Discover the Role

This is a perfect opportunity for a strong people manager to drive the business in our Accounting & Tax team in Denmark. You will ensure timely, and quality Accounting & Tax services to our portfolio of clients. Service is delivered to 150+ international Accounting & Tax clients and you will build up and develop team and team members to achieve business targets. In this role you will ensure we have the right team to build long term client relationships and deliver high quality services to our clients, you will also initiate automation efforts. The A&T Team Leader will drive for results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead and develop the Accounting & Tax team which includes managing the team and growing the client base.
• You will manage productivity and technical improvement and development
• Ensure team are sufficiently staffed and that we deliver ongoing trainings
• Build and develop team with performance management
• Take part and participate in day-do-day client work
• Maximize customer satisfaction
• Liaise with external parties like auditors, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Work with HR on recruitment activities, performance review and employee relations matters
• Take lead on commercial expansion
• Arrange events, provide marketing and know how
• This role will report into our Country Director for Denmark

Key Requirements

• Strong leadership experience working in Accounting & Tax or Outsourcing firm.
• Experience with Danish Accounting & cost principles.
• Must have experience preparing annual financial accounts and corporate income tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Interested in technical development and digitalization of services
• Resourceful, independent, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with SLA’s
• Communicates effectively through written and verbal communication in Danish and English
