The Role
As Global Marketing Communications Manager for EndoIntelligence, you will build and shape a new role at the heart of Ambu’s endoscopy business. EndoIntelligence is a key strategic business area, setting us apart from competitors by offering unique digital solutions and systems that improve efficiency and quality for our customers. In this new role, you will drive the development of value propositions for our systems across business areas, conceptualize and deliver strong storytelling on our digital solutions, and create materials that support both product usage and sales efforts for diverse target audiences.
Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you’ll join 14 talented colleagues in Global Brand and Marketing Communications. You will work closely with Global MarCom Managers, our Brand & Creation team, Digital Marketing Specialists, Global Product Managers, Medical Affairs, and local sales companies to develop customer-centric, insight-driven, and commercially impactful communication.
Drive commercial marketing and business impact
You will develop and optimize communication throughout the customer journey and your ability to seek out insights and translate findings into impactful communication and sales concepts will be essential to our success. More specifically your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and lead the global communication strategy and plan for EndoIntelligence
- Ensure alignment and impact across all endoscopy business areas
- Drive development of value propositions for Ambu displaying units and digital systems across business areas
- Translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused benefits
- Craft compelling storytelling around our intelligent solutions
- Create sales enablement and product usage materials tailored to different target audiences including hospital decision-makers and clinical users
- Ensure all communications are aligned, on-brand, and support commercial objectives
Profile
You are a strategic marketer with experience in developing value propositions and communicating complex solutions to hospital systems. You understand the needs of healthcare professionals and decision-makers, and you excel at transforming technical information into simple, engaging stories. Experience working with customer journeys and digital solutions in healthcare is a strong advantage.
To succeed, you’ll need:
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial marketing, preferably with exposure to healthcare, hospital systems, or digital solutions.
- Proven ability to develop value propositions and conceptualize communication strategies for complex products.
- Hands-on experience creating sales and marketing material for diverse audiences.
- Strong project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across functions and geographies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
