Master Data Specialist

THE POSITION
As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for securing accurate and efficient handling of global master data across our Nine United brands. You will actively contribute to our product development process by ensuring that master data aligns with both our product lifecycle and strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Structuring items across brands and markets while maintaining and creating product masters and product variants with relevant attributes
• Ensuring coherence and consistency of master data from product creation to reporting
• Acting as a strategic partner to the business, supporting pipeline planning and operational needs
• Maintaining high-quality customer and supplier data to support reliable reporting and decision-making
• Documenting and developing global data standards, workflows, and best practices
• Driving process improvements by leading initiatives to automate and streamline data management

You will join a dedicated global master data team of two colleagues and collaborate closely with our IT team. The role is based at our office in Horsens, and report directly to the Head of IT & Digitalization.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an experienced candidate who brings both operational know-how and a business-oriented mindset. You have a solid background as a Master Data Specialist or in a similar role in a medium-sized or international company, and you have demonstrated experience in project management and business development, with the ability to challenge and improve processes.

You have a strong understanding of business and processes, combined with the ability to translate needs into structured data solutions.

You are naturally proactive and thrive in a role where excellent organizational skills help you manage multiple priorities effectively.

You must be a super-user within Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O, PIM, and Excel, and if you have experience from the design or lifestyle industry it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The role requires fluency in written and spoken English.
